CONSINTINO

This was our largest project for 2006 and is definitely a crowd pleaser.   Our design started with a 3-tiered concrete wall, which has a stone veneer house side and a stucco façade street side.   We mortar-set a pre-cut Indian sandstone circular pattern in conjunction with 2-horse irregular flagstones to create the pathway and patio.   Olive trees, hearty agaves, Italian cypress, and palm trees round out this Mediterranean oasis in the Fauntleroy neighborhood of West Seattle.
