SPADA

This project had retaining issues that needed to be addressed on three sides of the property.   We installed a stepped down concrete retaining wall on the south side with a fence on top.   The main patio area needed to be graded, pushed back, and retained as well.   Two short dry-stack walls terrace out that part of the hillside.   We then recycled the existing concrete slab, using it to retain the beds and patio next to the house.   The owner is an avid gardener so we left the plantings to her.
