WISEMAN

This project was another favorite.   The design was guided by a very unique, double-gate that the client had previously purchased at the Flower and Garden Show.   The gate has rustic, Euro-chic appeal, and is boldly stunning, yet relaxed and Zen.   We increased the flat patio space, using 18"x24" Hadley Indian sandstone pavers.   The inlays are Indian granite cobbles, which the bands contrast due to the use of Mint Indian sandstone.   The short retaining wall is mortar set Chilton wall stone, which complemented the sandstone very nicely along with the Mint cap. The Chilton wall stone was also used as veneer on the front porch, which we completely rebuilt and finished with hardwood planking.   This was a very fun and satisfying project.
